This song reminded me of an article written about the first possible powered flight at least a year before the Wright Brothers recorded one that is in the history books. No photographic evidence was taken of the event,but an exact replica of the first airplane was built and it out performed what the Wrights actually built. No photographs,so it didn't happen

Very interesting to hear the blues version of this song! Heavy metal band Budgie also covered the song. It's on their 1973 Album Never Turn Your Back on a Friend
It is an adaptation of a slave era folk song titled "Long John" but was first popularized by Big Joe Williams in 1935 under this title.
Baby, Please Don't Go is a blues song which has been called one of the most played, arranged, and rearranged pieces in blues history
