I once was on a first date with a very pretty girl at one of my favorite clubs where whenever this song was played by the house band,everyone got up and danced. I no sooner told my date that story and the band struck the first notes.We danced and became a couple for several years after that night. :)

Nice memory Nitro.:) I don't listen to the words of this song, for me it was always about a serene kind of bluesy joy, rather than romance. But either way of course it is very good.
 
This one can be a bit of a challenge. Being a former string bass player, I like the idea of the bass player being the band leader. You can hear Mingus shouting out what might be instructions.
