TW: Pet Loss

Complicated day. We said goodbye to Zwi this morning. (His cancer and neurological involvement were seriously impacting his quality of life.) He had thirteen good years, eleven of them with us. A rarity for a rescued racer. He went peacefully. He was a good dog. Plain and simple. He is loved and missed, but he is a peace.

Today was also the day we picked up Frank 'Marlowe' Jones. He's a twelve week old Aussie. Amazing temperament. Super smart, sweet natured and eager to learn.

Rue Dog has been singing the song of his people for a better part of the day, but Marlowe is totally unphased by his noise.
