What Is the Most Annoying Suggestion You Hear (or keep hearing?)

Things along the lines of 'smile, it might never happen!' really annoy me. I have very little facial expression, the result of which is that I always look a little grumpy (thank you Resting ***** Face) even when I'm happy (which is most of the time, being generally cheerful and content with life). So people tell me to cheer up when I'm already happy, resulting in my good mood being ruined.

Here's one from when you're checking in at the airport:

Check-in Staff: "Okay, has anyone put anything in your bag without you knowing it?"
Me:..."How the hell would I know?!"

Misophonia is a part of my life. My favourite completely non-helpful remark is, "Just don't listen."
Oh! Ok! Why didn't I ever think of that?! Silly me...
