We aspies love routines and patterns. What foods do you eat every single day as an aspie?

Every morning, regardless of the meal, I always have eggs with my breakfast.

And with that breakfast I usually have two cups of black tea. Each cup of tea is made with exactly three tea bags steeped. Then three sweet and lows are stirred in, and whole milk is poured on top.

Almost every day I eat a tuna sandwich late in the afternoon.

I drink iced calendula or hibiscus tea every night at bedtime.

Those sound like good routines to have.

I usually have one constant in my diet and it is just strong coffee, no sugar or cream. Black as my soul and almost as bitter (just kidding.) If there was any other constant it would be that I almost always cook with onions as a way to get Vitamin C into my diet.

Hibiscus tea is very good but those don't keep well here as I will end up drinking it all.

I might have a disordered or unhealthy relationship with food, which is not good but will have to be dealt with. As a result it is quite difficult to keep food on the table as I will sit in the kitchen looking at it and think I have no idea what to do with this.
