What are good medications for my 24 year old who was diagnosed with HF autism

My daughter was diagnosed in May with high functioning autism. She is a very sweet girl. She cannot socialize and has no friends but me to talk to. She is obsessed with anime and sims but does not drive and I take her to college. She owes a lot in student loans and we have realized she won't be able to work because she depends on me for everything.she does not talk on the phone. She has severe meltdowns. They tried her on Paxil which she has taken for years for OCD but is now on lamitical. She seems worse she has been on it for 2 months maybe 100 mg any suggestions this is new [email protected][/email]
