Doesn't seem too difficult to do, either--just a simple shift in perspective (and constant self reminders until the habit is formed). And think of the payoff for learning how to do this consistently!

I have been trying to this sorta thing all week. Not easy though, and not always simple, but sometimes it helps enough to at least try to talk myself into that sorta thinking.
