Wanted: Batman mask and Cowl to fit 24 inch head

Bought a Batman mask and Cowl on eBay this week and it has arrived today, however when I tried it on it's too small, doesn't fit my large head.

Anyway just out of interest I got Dad to measure the circumference of my noggin, and it's 24 inches (2 feet), I've asked various sellers on eBay who are selling similar products if their product would fit, and the only one who's said theirs possibly would is a company who are selling one for £24, which is a bit more than I ideally want to pay.

So anyway, if I order one from a US based fancy dress shop, with the right measurements, would it arrive in time for Comic Con on the 12th of August? And would I A) get stung for import duties and B) receive it in time?

I'd think that's a question only a specific dress/tailoring shop can answer.

Those are questions that you would have to ask the seller directly. I've only purchased one item that I can think of (that came from China headed to the US), but the seller gave me all the details like arrival date, shipping costs, any additional fees, etc.

I would doubt it, but as others have said it's a question only the seller could give you a proper answer to. I would imagine the postage costs wouldn't be great either, as I've always found America to be one of the worst places to order things from. I think I've found a great deal, and then realise how much higher the price will be after postage
