Soul-seeking, deep healing

Most of my family is from Hungry, my dad is more Austrian and loves his blond wife, I had endless conflict over not fitting into his idea of the daughter I ought to be.

My experience of living in South Africa was that black people are different in their way of being. I find it less of a social conflict to go out and be working with them, there are many inclusion principles in the workplace. I do recommend this experience for someone needing to get out more and or further experience in workplace.
If you can't travel try a volunteer project closer to home. I find helping native people to be thereupeutic and they have even tried to reach me about rhythm and dance. Attending a workshop on drumming was socially mellow and awesome. Hearing drums to keep beat was assisting where I was missing this and just following moved from my ramba dance class.

The way you described your experience in Africa was also very odd. Do you assume no one here is Black?

I don't know where you live, but since you did use the word "native," understand that you already live on stolen land. You can't then frame yourself as helping Indigenous people (seriously, look up "white savior") while also admitting that it's some form of therapy for you. Indigenous people still want their land back by the way. Are you willing to help them in that respect?

Technically all land is stolen even in Europe that why battles are fought. Real slippery slope trying to correct all wrong
Vikings attacking Britian basically stole their land, Alexander the great really stole a lot of land.
