Video Game Tester

Anybody out there a video game tester? My son has AS and his obsession for the past few years has been his XBox. He plays incessantly. He has expressed interest in being a game tester, but I have no idea how to get him pointed in the right direction. Any help?
 
That might be kind of a hard job to get. I'm guessing that there's probably a lot of competition for video game testing jobs.

Getting a job like that might require you to live in Seattle (or the surrounding area) since that's where Microsoft and Nintendo of America are based.
