I have been considering it for sometime, but, always hoped I would find someone or my therapist
know of someone who has done it so I can find out what it is like and if it helped.

No. I didn’t really feel any negative side effects from it.
I will say it’s made me able to cry again after being unable to do so for a long time now. It takes a lot of pressure out of my head.
