I shared with my son, what I wrote about him (he's who shared the above video, I'm still watching it. Loving it!:-))
My son told me the mindfulness practise has and is THE MOST helpful of everything, with his own shizophrenia and anxiety.
So maybe this guy could be helpful?

I haven't watching any of his stuff myself, and neither has my son.
My son and I love Kaia Ra, William Whitecloud, Joe Dispenza, just to name a few powerful "mind medicine" teachers.
