Tools for depriving your senses

Nisk

The Spoiler King
Unfortunately for me I'm light sensitive, noise sensitive and touch sensitive. I have managed to find some ways to cope though.

1. Sunglasses (light sensitivity)
The easiest and actually works good for me in 2 ways helps reduce the pain, migraines and headaches I get from light and also I find it easier to look people in the eyes if they can't see mine.

2. Headphones/earplugs (noise sensitivity)
I wear disposable earplugs at work all day I work construction and its noisy and they help a lot. I also wear them when my 2 year old decides it's screaming time, the wife starts snoring and any other time it starts getting to noisy. Headphones have become my go to driving tool they help relieve the stress of driving in traffic and dull out the road noises.

3. ? (Touch sensitivity)
This one I don't have any real world tools I use other then the fact I don't look or act like a very approachable person and people tend to stay away from me. My wife thinks I am scary looking, I think I just emanate a get away from attitude. Sorry that's the best I have for this one.

Anyone else use certain articles of clothing or accessories to help cope?
