Mushrooms or onions would not be my first second or third choice but if it's all I had and I was hungry I would learn to love it. My favorite is pepperoni. I get Frozen pepperoni pizzas and add extra mozzarella cheese. I also like to put fresh pineapple on it sometimes.
Are you asking ketchup or mayonnaise for fries? If so I would say ketchup. But I like a mixture of ketchup mayonnaise and mustard on sandwiches with meat and cheese or burgers.
