More than this forest was man made, it was put back to what it was over a century ago before this became a quarry in the 1920's. Than eventually became a rubbish tip up until the 1960's when the rubbish was cleared out, becoming a tree planting project through out the 1970's. It was almost in the early 2000's that this bushland was almost demolished in the early 2000's for a roadway project that ended up becoming an underground tunnel leaving behind this lovely landscape that I explore.
