The Social Network movie

I was watching The Social Network last night on television. I saw the movie when it was first released several years ago, before I heard of Aspergers, and didn't think much about it. Then last night I noticed a lot of similarities in traits between me and the Mark Zuckerberg character. Especially the way he interacted with people, his use of logic in strategizing, some repetitive actions, and his response to being hugged.

I was wondering if anyone on this forum had a similar experience watching this movie.

Of course, though this works around to the question " Is Mark Zuckerberg sn Aspie? "...Well, you are basing it on the actor in the movie's impersonation of Zuckerberg, not M.Z. himself. Perhaps, of course, the actor based his actions on what people who know MZ say about him (I doubt he knows him himself)....

I doubt he knows M.Z either, but I thought it was a good acting performance.
 
I watched the movie as well. Zuckerberg may or may not be an Aspie but he helped create one of the top websites in the world in Facebook so that counts for something.
 
I'll have to check out the movie. People are right though actor's portrayals of real life people are not necessarily reality. Look at Rain Man for instance, he was portrayed as being autistic but the real life Raymond (Kim Peek) was actually not autistic, he had a different disorder (FG syndrome), but was a savant.
