The reason(s) I don't regret buying the playstation 3

Originally I'd bought the machine for my wife. However, she got a game on it shortly after that called flower. BEST experience I have ever had in a game or entertainment period. It's made by that Game company, and they've now made another game called Journey which I purchased through a playstation plus subscription I also had to buy on the day it was made available on early release.

These games are perfect, and break the pattern established by the great games of the previous generations. They reinvent what an interactive experience could be for any individual. They provide gameplay that drives forward in the total package of sensory experience, exploration, sound, visual, musical emotional drive. The best short description I can give is that they present a breathtaking dream experience for you to explore. Anyone can play thanks to the 100% accessible design. I have played flower again and again and am in the process of replaying the parts of Journey I have played so far on my way to a full finish.

I've really not used the ps3 for much of anything else. We did play heavy rain which I'd call a near 2nd to that game company's work for similar innovative style. But its value is far exceeded in the pure joy of these games, offing fallout and portal from the top spots on my list

I bought my husband a ps3 for his birthday last year (and about 20 games) and we've played on it alot, so far my favs have been resistance FOM, little big planet 1 & 2 just because we have such a laugh playing it. Biggest disappointment so far has been the game yakuza 3, the original yakuza was a great game, I also don't like the ps3 menu I don't think it's as user friendly as the xbox menu but the quality of the graphics outweighs that for me. Oh and the updates...ridiculous! on the xbox if a game needs to update it takes about 2 mins on the ps3 it's anything between 10mins and an hour.
