Today, I work as a Volunteer for Steps booth at The Rainbow Run 2023 in Suan Luang Rama 9 Park! I gave out Cinnamon Rolls to runners for free!

Nice, it is fun interacting at such events, not only do you feel good, but you are doing something positive for your community. It makes life brighter for everybody.

Last year I was handing out Gatorade to cyclists at an ironman event. It was great fun. This year I hope to be in my canoe on the bay, helping with safety for swimmers.

On behalf of the running community - thank you - it's volunteers who help make events happen and be safe, fun, and enjoyable for everyone.

You are in Thailand? Wow!

Why is everything on your tent written in English? Is it a commonly spoken and read language in your area?

You are so fluent in English, I thought you were American or Canadian.
