The Perfect Ring for An Autistic?

I’ve had good luck with simple stainless steel too. It’s cheap, sturdy, and doesn’t irritate my skin, so I can wear it every day without thinking about it.

I’ve had good luck with sturdy, skin-friendly rings too, and honestly it makes such a difference not having to deal with irritation or weird discoloration. I’ve picked up a couple of pieces similar to wedding bands for women from Aydins Jewelry, and the materials held up way better than I expected. Stainless steel, tungsten, titanium… all of those have been super reliable for me day to day.

There are rings that feature Zen symbols e.g., Buddha, Yin-yang.

Can it be said that Zen practices are helpful with the Autism Spectrum?
