You make up a story with absolute absurdity! Just don't kill the character right away.

Example:
Person 1: There was a guy named Bob.
Person 2: And, he's a fish.
Person 3: The size of a mountain.
 
He had a brother named Moe.
They were from the star system Tergos.
How big they'll grow, no body knows.
