I hear that Grumpy Cats pregnant and she's going to have a litter of all girls! Don't cats have litters of about 85 or so? You go Grumpy Cat!
 
I really think the rule book only said that girl cats get a vote. Waldo may have to get a sex change actually before this is all said and done.
