Oliver and Isabelle are made by a company called Dapol who are, or were in Wales. (Not sure if they moved across to England or stayed in Wales as they had a fire in the past, so not sure what happened afterwards except they still make lovely models in N, 00 and 0 gauges and also a little 0-16.5 under the brand name of Lionheart).
