Adding to external bullying it would be interesting to know how much inescapable home bullying goes on and the impact of such. For example, when I was a teen, Aspergers really wasn't known. Because I was slightly different, I had a step-mother who terrorized me daily and a father who was embarrassed by me, who ignored me completely. Extended family also knew I was different and it was easy to see I was treated as more of an outsider compared to cousins my same age. As a child, this was a huge stress growing up.
