Sweating a lot.

I notice that I often sweat a lot. When I go to new places or even just sitting I start to sweat. Someone comes up to me to start a conversation I start to sweat.

Then when I walk I tire and sweat. Even in the winter I sweat.
 
Some do sweat more. Are you still having some weight issues, or has that improved? Could be a factor if not, and exercise is good for all sorts of health issues. Annoying when you sweat though. My friend takes spare clothes with them!
 
I read this as "swearing" (seriously in every place it was written somehow) and I was about to say, "Me too!".

I think there are actually a few medical conditions related to this (also anxiety, which I have and can sometimes make me sweat profusely). It might be worth looking into if it keeps happening just in case it's something else.
 
I have a condition called hyperhidrosis that causes excessive sweating. There are treatments for it, but I have chosen not to do much about it except for using a prescription deodorant and topical treatments. A lot of the medical treatments sound invasive and painful to me. But, to each their own. Surgery might be a viable option for some people, just not for me.

It does make me really self-conscious though, because I always feel like I smell bad. :/

Anxiety can also cause excessive sweating, especially if you're waking up from a nightmare, or having a panic attack. And some medications can cause temperature sensitivity or sun sensitivity or make it worse.

I find myself sweating a lot in all different situations. Good thing my wife tells me that I "don't pong". I have mild odor from what she tells me.
