Suicide (is) or not.

I think my ptsd was triggered
I have been doing Cognitive Processing Therapy, to deal with my PTSD. Having climbed out of the hole of social isolation by myself, even not knowing I was ASD, I have a lot of positives to tell myself.

Use every time that you spend nurturing your daughter, teaching her to enjoy independence, as a positive reminder that you are far better than the hurt person you feel like now. You can extinguish the PTSD.

Our daughters need us. Life does take us down sometimes. Just keeping staying on your path and think about the small things that make you smile.

So good to hear. I wish l was close with my mom. You are so lucky.

Since my daughter is an adult, l am thinking l really want a rescue cat. Lol

On the topic of suicide, we make up 30% of all suicide cases despite being only 1% of the population.
