My name is Shannon Thompson and I am a graduate student in Merrimack College's Masters of Education in Community Engagement program. Along with a co-researcher (Christina Barry, also of Merrimack), I am investigating the experiences of current and recent college students with Autism Spectrum Disorders in receiving support services. Our goal is to understand what support services work well and what areas are underserved, with the goal of making our findings available to disability offices.

This research is supervised by Professor Audrey Falk as part of her Capstone Project course. The study consists of two parts; brief anonymous internet surveys (10-15 minutes) and confidential interviews. To participate in the survey portion, respondents can simply click the link below.

To schedule an interview, or to address any concerns about our research, we can be reached at [email protected] and [email protected]. Our advisor Audrey Falk can be reached at [email protected]. These methods have been approved by our school's Institutional Review Board. We appreciate any help in disseminating the survey, because it increases the insightfulness and completeness of our findings.
