Songs that use sound dissonance

You aspies should know what im talking bout. You're listening to the radio and a song plays that makes you want to breakdance in place. Basically what sound dissonance is is a gap between beats in a song that spaces the tempo out to match the rhythm in a certain way

I know Michael Jackson's songs do this a lot and I just want to BURN T HE GROUND WITH MY FEET to his music.

I "react" to most music -- especially if it makes me move in place (which could be anything).

I'm currently spending a great deal of time with a musician who has a studio on his home, and I'm learning audio/visual software and editing. I'm (so far) "watching" and "hearing" all sorts of music and sounds, some of which are entirely new to me.

I'm amazed that certain beats appear throughout songs; they are often one very short bar that has been copied and repeated throughout. Since I've always been a visual learner, I was trying to figure out how this music was "written," until I realized that it's just a huge computer that can create sounds and effects from mere single notes.

HOWEVER, there ARE songs, notes, chords, and VOICES that grate on my sensory issues (nerves) -- especially on TV. I often have to turn down the sound on various commercials.
