Anyone know a good social media blocker for android and one for windows? One that kind hide news feeds, suggestions etc

You also can change some settings in different apps/browsers that can do it further.

Like, I dont see any suggestions or news or whatever on any site I use, including things like Bing and Google search, or Youtube, and I dont see anything at all in the Windows start menu (by default, news and such comes through there).

Those all are things where you can set options to block that stuff, without needing a separate app.
 
Ublock's 'element zapper' comes in handy quite a lot. You can pretty much kill anything on a page that way and never see it again, even if it shows up on other pages.

Also, just a regular adblock gets rid of 99% of the ad suggestions on the net anyway. Misery has the right idea about browser settings as well, I just nuke mine when I set up a new PC and never think about it again. Look for something customizable and chromium-based on android and you'll probably be set.
