Social Anxiety Documentary: Afraid of People

I notice alot of people dont realize how this effects people...

But coming from some one whom used to stay inside for years... at a time (my way of hiding from the world) I totally get it.

How about seeing your local bread shop from your verandah and not having the courage to walk over? That is me and I feel disgusted with myself, especially when bread is needed, but it is like I have an anchor on my feet and a huge wall in front of me, that I cannot get past!

I only get to see the world, because my husband demands my company and because I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and go to meetings regularly and of course, bizarre as it is, knock on stranger's doors, which I am eager for, because I love my Creator, but then again, I am with people I feel comfortable with!

I am scared of people!
