Sleep Schedule Difficulty

Riley

Well-Known Member
On weekends, I tend to stay up REALLY late. How late? Usually after midnight. On vacation. Will this negatively affect my sleeping pattern?

Probably, but I don't even have a sleep schedule any more, so I can't really say. I can go to bed any time from 8pm to 2am, wake up at 6 to 8am and I usually have 2 hour nap in the afternoons.

Yes. It is ideal to go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. If you have trouble getting to sleep try drinking warm tea in the evening (caffeine free of course). Some teas are made specifically to help evoke sleepiness. Taking a warm bath can also help. I have struggled for years to get enough sleep because I never feel ready to go lay down. Not getting enough sleep when I was younger has made me feel tired and older than I really am. I hope you can find something that helps you sleep.
