"Sigma males are often described as independent, self-reliant men who prefer to operate outside traditional social hierarchies, contrasting with alpha males who seek leadership and dominance. This term has gained popularity in online culture, particularly among those who identify with its traits of solitude and non-conformity."
Keep in mind, there doesn't seem to be a definitive definition of what a Sigma personality type is, and this also goes for the Alpha.
The context is social media.

In this instance, however, I can strongly identify with how this concept was presented in the video, but not with every single aspect.

NB:
What is obvious is that complete acceptance could be problematic in the sense that it may encourage some to forgo normal social protocols and neglect the more conservative nature of certain cultures.
Some ppl need their psychological "Anchor Points" and may become uncomfortable, if not resentful, since most ppl are governed more by their emotions rather than their rationality, based on studies and simple observation.

I'm just me. Don't really worry about what my label is, I'm more concerned with enjoy my life from one day to the next.
I am the same.
I don't take these videos too seriously.
They are more for entertainment value, though they can also provide personal insights.
I am just astounded that I can relate to so many traits described.
