Self Regulation and expressing emotions

I do not jump straight into the visual effects in the very beginning this video since some people who are on the spectrum can be over sensitive to flying colours in the special effects.

I had in this video spoke about what "self regulation" is and why is it important for people who are on the autism spectrum. As I go through the contents I also talk about expressing emotions. I talk about why people have the urge to swear and use bad offensive language. I do admit that I have anxiety, which is an emotion that I rarely express in my video through my YouTube channel "Aspie With Attitude".
