Seeking Understanding and Support for Long-Term Care and Independence

I've never heard of this so I googled to see if Mississippi provides it because my goal will be to keep my nephew in his home after his mother can no longer take care of him. The state does have the Ibudget Waiver program and it's administered by Medicaid. I hope this program will not be eliminated by the government budget cutting happening in Washington, DC.

I'm going to tell my sister-in-law about it as I think she is eligible for it, too, because she is on the spectrum and is 70 years old.

I too am watching what happens with Medicaid relative to government funded autism programs in Nevada. With things looking somewhere between precarious and bleak at the moment.
