What do I do ? I want to express my feeling to someone, yet I feel that do to who they are if would both lost in translation and lost as silliness I fear that if don't say anything. I'm doomed, but if I do and no they don't hear it I feel that what the point of life if when some what to shout something but nothing heard. thoughts?

Plan a series of logic statements that will reveal how you feel. If they are not convinced, then I would suggest you shout to their faces or reveal some sort of emotion, such that it'll become more obvious.

That depends. Is this person bothering you? If that's true, then yes, you must do it. Otherwise it'll just continue. Though, if it's just a person to whom you've gotten liking, then it could seem strange for him/her. However, there are no rules to social interaction in reality. If it's the latter, maybe you should raise his/her awareness of you first. Maybe subtly comment on his/her *THING*. If you really feel the urge, then what's the worst that could happen? Nothing, except either rejection or approval. Though, just as long as you don't expect any violence in return. Anyway, that would be illegal.
