RIP-Rock & Roll Pioneer Little Richard

I'm sorry he is gone, a relative really liked him and had several of his records. He was an innovative singer and musician. This is one of my favourites: Lucille

Rest in Peace - Richard Wayne Penniman :(

He represents the real birth of rock and roll. RIP Little Richard. You are the inspiration of so many rock stars.

Rock music was conceived as a jenre in April of 1954, as was I interesting piece of personal trivia. my parents never listened to it being Euorpean. my first exposure was the Beatles in grade school my peers were aware of them, Even now I enjoy the old stuff not very sophisticated. Must admit got a lot better in the sixties as musicians with education in music theory started making music. What an experience to live through.
