Tip #2:

Put more priority on the 2 opposite words in the riddle, after looking at tip #1.
 
Final Clue:

Very famous proverb involving those two words, the answer being given since that first riddle post---three times. But nobody stayed that as the answer those times. What is that word?

Ok, I understand. Either way not all will be happy. Some want clues and answers sooner than later, whereas others are ok being dragged out. I purposefully created a quicker one this time, knowing I had to drive few hours away and will not be back til later tonight. Typing out of town. Anyway, at least I participate.
