It is you who carry its burdens, but never see it without assistance especially in pain. Beginning of acknowledging it might help.

Sorry. I used a wrong term, updated "even in" to "especially in".

I was lazy and impatient and included the first hint to the original post. This is actually very literal, no abstract concepts needed.
