Riddles

For those that do not post a riddle within an hour or two after they guess it right, or for those who mentioned in the past they rather not or cannot for whatever reason create one, how about then anyone else can post one, meaning the first one who is able to do so can post one then.

That way, persons do not feel pressure to post one if it was their turn but they were busy or having a hard time coming up with another soon. This will cut down on delays and/or prevent those to keep having to ask or wonder who is next. Just an idea to make the flow smoother or to have riddles posted in a more simpler way.
