Questions related to childhood health !

So, once again, i rewind all my past to understand it. (dont eat while reading it kek)

Yesterday i checked my medical records, i dont know how to say it but , the health book?
When we go to the the doctor we use it to register your weight/height and also your sickness etc...

And I saw that, before the age of 6 , especially at the age of 5, i had headhche with vomiting, or diarheea almost once a week, ly parents told me it was almost all the time wednesday.

And everytime i had no fever, the doctor never suspected any infection.

what is your opinion about that? is this possible that it was just a reaction to the stress i had when i was a child? Is this common that children with ASD suffer from that due to a greater stress caused by the condition?

Even today, even if it is less common, i know that when i am in a very stressfull period ( well when i cared about my exam) , i always have diarheea.

yes in a very detailed way your body isn't designed to be stressed week in week out !that phrase means constantly !and probably being a child you didn't hydrate yourself well enough ! which would mean you're becoming more and more dehydrated !that won't help .It probably developed into irritable bowel syndrome.
your English is very good !the word for health book is medical record.
one thing! if you're still getting irritable bowel syndrome regularly! keep eating even if you get diarrhoea !you are too weak not to eat .
sleep deprived as I am as usual !I couldn't remember if I should include this! when you get diarrhoea eat the b.r.a.t diet, the abbreviation stands for banana ,rice ,apple ,toast which is toasted bread. I find I can have weak English breakfast ( decaffeinated )tea ( don't have caffeinated coffee it's a mild laxative )or a very very small amount of unsweetened plain yoghurt which will be good to line your stomach.
don't have cows milk! refined sugar ,meat! or fried food! your digestive tract is too weak.
when you don't feel nauseous anymore have vegetable soup and white bread also tomatoes ,try to have tomatoes every day as you're dehydrated and you lose potassium, tomatoes and bananas are a very strong source of potassium.

I have been to the doctor several times with vomiting and diarrhea, and the doctor can't find anything wrong and tells me that it is stomach flu or food poisoning. I always got diarrhea before exams, and sickness and diarrhea before travelling or some other major change, before I start work again after the summer holiday, when I have been at times sick for days in bed. Eventually, a doctor told me that it was a result of stress and anxiety. Another doctor recently told me that I had irritable bowel syndrome.

I seem to get it more often as an adult than in childhood.

Well there's a fair few people with ASC who have problems with their gut. I know that when I'm very stressed I can end up going to the toilet multiple times in the morning.

Some people swear by their dairy or gluten free diets, I'm more skeptical on the benefits of them, they're more likely placebo effects and marketing attempts.

I had tinnitus and headaches as a child, but only once had a full blown migraine. I seemed to grow out of it by early teens. I think it may have been stress related, but not really sure.

I also had severe diarrhea when i traveled , when i was a teenager.
I thought it was the change of weather, but, i was the only one with this problem, it was so severe that i lost 5kg (11 pounds) in 2 weeks.

I also had a tendency to sleep everywhere but i dont know if this can be related to stress.

As I have read there is indeed a large proclivity in children with ASD for stomach and dietary complaints as well as allergies to other such thisthat.

Thanks a lot for your very detailed post !
Well i like banana, but , for me tomatoe is one of the most disgusting thing to eat in the world xD

I talked about all of this with my parents yesterday, and they told me that it was (according to them + our doctor) because before the age of 2 (preschool) i was only raised by my family and so i wasnt with kids of my age , but that doesnt line up because when i look at the record is was not realy in the first year but years after.
Plus i never got fever ( few times i had like 38 wich is not realy fever )

It's like for every weird thing i did /had as a kid, my parents found a cover up story xD, or is it me that is trying to rewrite my past...i realy need to have a damn answser fast...xD
