Question: Am I too sensitive?

Tell her to dump her face in ice water, (to make you feel better, lol). She sounds a bit like confrontational therapy. l kinda had a therapist like that, they bring the past to you, and basically say "so what are you going to do about this". But sometimes we need to understand our past issues to help understand how we respond (triggers), then work on our rsponse when those issues up and think differently, because throwing it all under the therapist's rug and acting like it's resolved doesn't work for us.
