I am considering signing up to GoDaddy.com for an Xbox One fan site and domain for £1 a month, however, I can do basic HTML and provide game based content, but I suck at creating logos and stuff for sites so I would need an experienced graphic artist to create logos and stuff for my site if I do it.

Is it the fact that this is unpaid that's off putting? I am on benefits and live in England, most of the members on here are North American or Canadian, go figure.
