I feel like sipping a Virgin Pina Colada right now.

They are very calorie dense, though.

Omg, yes. I like anything that has coconut in it. I almost ordered coconut shrimp tonite, l used coconut deodorant tonite. I love the smell of coconut oil sun tan lotion.Bring it on!!

I more like the elaborate presentations of Pina Colada when ordering in a cocktail bar > the actual drink itself

That in itself should serve as a red flag for you (and me). I love them too....BUT!

Just another thing for you to learn to give up and not dwell on here. Virgin or not, there is a nasty exposure to gout with such drinks, unless you do a lot of research on their individual ingredients. Ones with high fructose corn syrup masked by claims of minimal sugar...can be a veiled nightmare for those prone to gout.

6 Reasons You Should Never Drink A Pina Colada, Like Ever

Seems a better form of mental health not to dwell so much on things that you really should be giving up to improve your physical- and emotional health.

Ouch, I had no idea.

I just assumed it was a harmless sweet drink.
