Pez engineering

I'm sure all of those kids washed their hands immediately after any sessions of frog-handling, nose-picking, and mud pie molding. It's only common sense, and the alternative would be pure madness.
Everyone needs a little dirt and frog slime in their diet to maintain a healthy immune system, but I'd pass on the boogers and poo-poo-pee-pee fingers.
 
Maybe pay a McDonalds drivethru to load your Pez dispensers. I'm sure they will do a cleaner job than a schoolyard would.
 
I'll congratulate you on that observation about the handling requirements, though, the implications are pretty funny.
