Hi - so if anyone remembers, our previous clinic manager was fired this August. I still don't know the official reason why this person was fired but either way, immediately afterwards, this person started showing up, leaving letters on the vehicles of several workers, and also showed up at one's home uninvited. Pretty crazy, huh?
So that was three months ago. We thought we were in the clear. NOPE. Just yesterday, this previous manager was identified as driving around our parking lot and one of the workers made eye contact with this person. THEN, as if that weren't enough, when this clinic worker got home later in the day, there were two boxes of things left on their porch with a two page very unhinged letter from the previous manager, saying that they could not understand why these things were happening to them and they were giving back all the "gifts" that this worker had given them (these were not gifts, BTW, these were general office things, like some photos, some posters, etc.).
I noticed a security officer walking around our building today and he spoke to the current acting manager. I also heard that the Human Resources VP had been on a call with the current manager to figure out next steps. I'm assuming that this previous manager will be receiving an official Cease and Desist letter in the mail effectively placing them on notice that any further trespass will be punishable by law.
