It's homemade, from scratch! I love those kinds of cars (and people who build them).
 
It looks like a Chevrolet emblem on the wheels, so possibly a Chevrolet chassis with a toaster on top of it. :)
 
Something like all of that... Underneath all of that is a 1971 Chev C20 pickup, so yup 1970's... And perhaps the biggest shock of all, this will drive on water (ie. amphibious)
