do you ever feel like you cant move. likke you know that could move your leg for example but you cant bring yourself to tell your leg to move. its a hoerible feeling. its like when you go to jump of something or touch a burning hot surface. your body knows how to move all the muscle you would need but you physicaly cant make yourslef do it

Yes, happens to me when I'm too tired. I tend to freeze e.g. sit on the floor at home and stay there for a long time. Not convenient.

Sleeping limbs?

Sleep paralysis?

I've had sleep paralysis, but the strange incident was when I was sitting in my recliner, thinking about going to work. There was no set schedule. I was thinking about it, but not moving. If I'd been reading, it would have felt quite normal, but I'd put the papers down. After ten minutes, I started to wonder if I was paralysed, but reluctant to find out. After twenty, I decided to find out. I jumped up, hopped on my bike, and soon saw something I recognized from an enthusiast magazine. I caught up at a traffic light and introduced myself as the local club member. The other guy had just driven 5,000 km to move to my area, and didn't know anyone yet.
