Hello,
I was recenlty diagnosed with aspergers and decided to join the forum to learn a little more about myself I guess.

Well Welcome to AC! I hope you find us warmish and welcoming. Its a good place to learn about how other people with AS deal in the world too. So Welcome Welcome Welcome :)

Welcome Avery. I hope that you find help and support here as I have. Don't be afraid to ask questions as it's one of the best ways to learn.

Hello Avery, and welcome to Aspies Central. I can guarantee that you will learn a lot through the forum. I've been on here regularly for about two months now, and I've gained so much valuable insight as to what living with Asperger syndrome is like as well as relate to my personal experience with Asperger syndrome.

Thanks everyone! I'm confused about the whole restricted account thing though how do I fix that?

Hi Avery. You have to have a certain (small) number of posts before your account becomes unrestricted (or something like that). It's to keep trolls out, I think. Welcome to AC! We are friendly and supportive.
