new lighting in the kitchen

Update: Home Depot had some great displays with different temps of light that are a big help figuring it all out. We have determined that a color of 3000K is best and that my biggest lighting issues are color related. The glare from anything higher gets to be a problem even if it is suppose to be closer to natural light. Of course natural light can be a problem sometimes, not on cloudy days but on bright sunny days.
 
I love how we've been so unanimously favoring LED over other types. Maybe that's the one thing that can constitute a generality on autism :p
