If you can drive, that might be essential. But if you're looking for a fresh start and ready to move anywhere in the US of areas that are remote or semi-remote, this may be the way for you to go.

I'm always skeptical about these sorts of things. Something tells me they either have radioactive drinking water or an active fire burning underground, but then I remind myself that areas like Flint, MI and Gary, IN exist... and there's certainly no incentive to live there (on purpose)!
