I find this quite relateable.

The way that a single problem or change can completely derail me....I can't find a way around it, or can find several ways around it but each of them comes with so many complications (problems that need their own solutions) that trying to figure out a solution can overwhelm me and become impossible.

All kinds of "little things" in life become big things because of differences in information processing.
